4 Step Skincare Routine: For Busy Women

Step 1

Cleansing is the foundation of any skincare routine and is particularly important for removing impurities and grime.

Start by using a gentle cleanser, washing your face with splashes of lukewarm water in the morning and evening. This helps unclog pores, eliminate dead skin cells and hydrate your skin.

Step 2

Serums are designed to quickly penetrate the deepest layers of your skin and deliver vital nutrients and hydration to the skin. Apply serum while your skin is still damp, using patting motions, so it will be more effective and able to absorb the full dose of ingredients.

Step 3

Moisturising your skin is an important step in any skincare routine. Using a high-quality moisturiser locks in moisture and helps to prevent fine lines, wrinkles and dry skin.

While the skin is still slightly damp, apply your moisturiser to the face and neck.

This will enhance the skin's hydration, while acting as an occlusive to trap in moisture.

Step 4
Clay Mask

Clay masks are great for pore- purifying and skin detoxification. They help to remove dirt, excess oil, and impurities from the skin and leave it feeling refreshed.

Apply the clay mask once a week using a brush or your fingers and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your face with lukewarm water and follow with your serum and moisturiser
